The close cooperation between the famous Swiss watch manufacturer Tudor and racing events has further expanded into the high-speed world of motorcycle racing. Ducati is a well-known Italian motorcycle manufacturer and a backbone of the MotoGP World Championship. Tudor is the timing partner of Ducati in this sporting event, and the two sides have established an inseparable relationship.
纪念 To commemorate this extensive partnership, Tudor has introduced a stylishly designed commemorative edition watch, adding another new member to the Fastrider series that has appeared at the Baselworld Watch & Jewellery Show 2011. This new chronograph series adds the short-time chronograph function to fully cater for the needs of high-speed racing.
Tudor Fastrider Commemorative Edition
This spirit of dedication to excellence is not only found in Ducati’s ‘Monster’ motorcycle series and today’s ‘Diavel’ motorcycle series; it is also reflected in Tudor’s Fastrider series. The name Fastrider is more reminiscent of the intense racing world.
Fastrider series is a collection of stainless steel chronograph models, equipped with the Tudor 7753 self-winding movement, a power reserve of 46 hours, and a frosted waterproof case with a diameter of 42 mm. The watch comes in different strap styles, including leather, stainless steel, and a black textured strap with three racing-style stripes. The textured strap is now one of the characteristics of the Tudor, and the texture of the Fastrider series echoes the dial design.
There are two black PVD-coated sleeves at the connection between the chronograph button and the case, reminiscent of the piston of the engine; while the outer ring of the watch is engraved with a speedometer scale, showing the sporty atmosphere.
Emperor Helm is proud to cooperate with the Italian motorcycle team Ducati and launch a commemorative version of the Fastrider series. This watch not only retains the technical characteristics of other models, but also applies Ducati’s red design to the vertical stripes on the surface and strap, which is subtly matched with the black texture and small chronograph dial.
