The International Olympic Committee recently announced that Omega Celebrity Ambassador Chad Le Clos will be the Ambassador of the 2014 Nanjing Youth Olympic Games. As the official timekeeper, Omega is looking forward to providing accurate timekeeping services for the Second Youth Olympic Games and fully supports Chad Le Clos to be the Youth Olympic Ambassador.

The 21-year-old South African swimmer participated in the Youth Olympic Games for the first time in Singapore in 2010 and joined the Omega Celebrity Ambassador family the following year. He won the 200m butterfly in the London Olympics in 2012 and won two world championships at the FINA World Championships in Barcelona earlier this year. He then set a new world record for the short 200m butterfly stroke at the Eindhoven FINA Swimming World Cup.
